Refund Policy

PAAVS Gold has not launched yet and takes no payments. The policy below will apply from launch.

Purchases of digital gold made through PAAVS Gold are final and non-refundable due to the nature of commodity-based pricing and instant execution.

1. Non-Refundable Transactions

Once a purchase of digital gold is confirmed, it cannot be reversed or refunded, except in case of verified technical error.

2. Exceptions

If a payment is deducted but gold is not credited, users must contact our support within 48 hours of the transaction.

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
